Varun Dhawan opens up about his next VD 18 with Atlee! Wed July 26th, 2023

Currently, Varun Dhawan is enjoying the success of his most recent film, Bawaal. The film, which was directed by Nitesh Tiwari, tells the enthralling love tale of Varun as Ajay Dixit and Janhvi Kapoor as Nisha. Bawaal managed to win over the audience's adulation while facing criticism for the Auschwitz sequence. In addition to Janhvi and the Bawaal director, busy actor Varun took some time off to speak with a reporter in an exclusive interview. The actor revealed details about the upcoming VD 18 during the interview, for which he has linked up with Jawan director Atlee and movie producer Murad Khetani.

Varun Dhawan was questioned about the upcoming VD 18 during the exclusive interview with a media source. Without disclosing much, the actor revealed, "I genuinely can't reveal much but it's very exciting. He also praised Atlee for putting an exciting conviction in his films.”

He further revealed, "All I can say is it's a mass-action entertainer. There is a lot of entertainment in the film which I love as well. And, I’m just going to give it my all."

Atlee and Murad Khetani will produce VD 18, but other information regarding the movie is still a secret. Speaking about Atlee, the Shah Rukh Khan-starring Jawan will be his first Hindi-language film to direct. On September 7, the movie will premiere in theatres.
