Now, Bobby Deol is taking pleasure in Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3 Part 2's popularity. After playing love roles in the past, the actor has changed his style and adopted strong, negative characters that his fans have found appealing. In a recent interview, he acknowledged that he is now being typecast in bad roles, but he also praised Prakash Jha for believing in him when no one else did.

By portraying a contentious godman in Aashram and then a powerful antagonist in Animal, he lost his usual hero persona. Bobby Deol stated in a media chat that he is once more looking at roles that are comparable to his current ones because he keeps getting offers for negative roles.

Although playing antagonists is thrilling and difficult, Bobby Deol, who has also played antagonists in Race 3, Love Hostel, and Kanguva, acknowledged that he is excited to explore a variety of unusual and unique roles.

He gives credit to director Prakash Jha for changing the public's opinion of him by playing Baba Nirala in Aashram. The second installment of the third season of the well-liked show marked a recent return.

Deol considered how his career changed when he played unfavorable parts. He claimed that the alteration had altered his life since people started to view him differently and realized he could play antagonists with conviction. He said that, aside from director Prakash Jha, not many people at that point in his career thought he could play such parts.

Deol acknowledged, nevertheless, that he is currently being typecast once more. He stated his wish to deviate from this perception, making it clear that his goal is to explore a variety of roles rather than play the protagonist.

The actor revealed that the roles he is playing are outside of his comfort zone when discussing his current endeavors. At first, he was reluctant to take them on because they needed him to exert himself and work hard.

On February 26, 2025, the eagerly awaited Ek Badnaam Aashram Season 3 Part 2 debuted on Amazon MX Player.

The official synopsis indicates that in the most recent episode, justice is done when Baba is imprisoned, and Pammi regains her place in the Aashram. The series explores themes of betrayal, retaliation, and redemption in greater detail when Bhopa Swami assumes the role of the new leader.

Bobby Deol, Tridha Choudhury, Aaditi Pohankar, Darshan Kumaar, Chandan Roy Sanyal, Sachin Shroff, Anurita Jha, and Rajeev Siddhartha are among the show's outstanding cast members. Prakash Jha is the show's director and producer.
