In 2025, a brand-new British limited series called Adolescence will debut on Netflix. This four-part thriller, which was created by Jack Throne and Stephan Graham, is anticipated to be compelling and dramatic.

Philip Barantini will serve as the show's director, and the cast will include Ashley Walters, Erin Doherty, and Stephen Graham. Notably, Adolescence will use a one-shot approach and be recorded in real-time. Adolescence is a one-shot crime drama that will take place in real time. The story revolves around a family that is in disarray after their 13-year-old son Jamie Miller is taken into custody on suspicion of killing a teenage girl at his school. The show explores Jamie's family's turbulent and emotional journey as his arrest completely upends their existence.

The cast of Adolescence will also include Faye Marsay, Christine Tremarco, Mark Stanley, Jo Hartley, and Amélie Pease. Owen Cooper and Amélie Pease are the new cast members.
