Following Salman Khan, Chhattisgarh has now threatened to kill Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan. According to reports, a call threatening the actor and demanding Rs 50 lakh was received by Bandra Police Station. In reaction to the threat, Shah Rukh's security has been greatly increased and a lawsuit has been filed.
From Raipur, Shah Rukh Khan received a threatening call that was sent straight to Mumbai's Bandra Police Station. A team is currently in Chhattisgarh after a case was filed. Faizan Khan, the caller, allegedly sought Rs 50 lakh in ransom. Police used an active phone number to track him down.
A daily claims that Faizan Khan's phone was the source of the call that threatened SRK. But when questioned, Faizan stated that on November 2, his phone was taken.
According to sources, the caller threatened to hurt the Jawan actor if the Rs 50 lakh demand was not met. He told the cops to call him 'Hindustani' when they inquired about his identification and whereabouts. Around 1:20 PM on November 5, the call was received.
Mumbai Police have increased his security in response to the threat. Mannat, his famous home, is currently closed to the public and has been shut off. For his protection, all of his planned public engagements have been cancelled. As the investigation into the threat continues, authorities are demonstrating their commitment to protecting the superstar by going above and beyond to bolster his protection.
For a while now, Shah Rukh Khan has been under strict protection. The actor disclosed receiving death threats after Pathaan and Jawan's success, which led to the provision of Y+ security in October 2023. Since then, his security presence has increased, and he is frequently accompanied by guards.
