Anushka Sharma to reveal about having dinner at 5:30 PM with daughter Vamika! Thu September 05th, 2024

Anushka Sharma visited India on Wednesday for a promotional event. During her presentation, she disclosed that she eats dinner at 5:30 p.m., as she and Virat Kohli's daughter Vamika do. She also explained how it benefited her mentally and physically.

While speaking at an occasion, Anushka Sharma discussed her family's eating habits. She revealed that she and Virat Kohli's daughter, Vamika, have their dinner early. The actress revealed that she also eats dinner early with her daughter because they are usually alone at home. She said, "I was like I think what am I gonna do? I might just eat now. I started to see the benefits that came out which was I slept better I felt fresher in the morning."

Anushka added that she read it someplace and began following it. The pattern of eating with her daughter originated out of convenience, but it works for her. "Let’s eat together, shut the kitchen, and now it’s something the entire family does. You should follow kids’ routine," she playfully added further.

During the same chat, the Jab Tak Hai Jaan actress revealed that she is extremely fussy about her children's routines. She said that her family travels frequently and that her children's lives are constantly changing. So, by creating a schedule for them, she has given them a sense of control.

The 36-year-old actress revealed that her family's food and sleep schedule is constant regardless of where they are. "It helps them regulate themselves much better,” she revealed.

Anushka is now working on a film titled Chakda Xpress. The biopic-drama film, based on the life of former Indian cricketer Jhulan Goswami, will premiere exclusively on OTT. The final release date of the film is yet unknown.
