Sanjay Leela Bhansali opens up on casting in his films!

Sanjay Leela Bhansali is among the best directors working today, and his work always demonstrates his unique style.
Bhansali talked candidly about his collaborations with Amitabh Bachchan, Deepika Padukone, Ranveer Singh, Madhuri Dixit, Rani Mukerji, and other actors in a recent interview. He cast Madhuri in SLB's Devdas, Big and Rani in Black, and the soon-to-be parents nailed their parts in Bajirao Mastani, Padmaavat, and Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela.
In an interview with a media source, Sanjay Leela Bhansali stated that his films' casting needs to be very natural.

In an interview with a media source, Sanjay Leela Bhansali stated that his films' casting needs to be very natural.
He revealed, “I’ve worked with wonderful actors Ranbir Kapoor, Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone, Madhuri Dixit, Rani Mukerji, Amitabh Bachchan. I have been very blessed, Hrithik Roshan, Nana Patekar, they’re all wonderful." Calling Seema Biswas, one of his all-time favorites, he continued, "One of the greatest actors. So I’ve been very, very fortunate.”
Additionally, the director believes he gets along well with each of them and advises against using the same cast in subsequent projects. "They get upset about it or they feel, ‘We give so much to Sanjay for this, why not this one?’ But I feel sometimes the casting is very organic. It has to come from deep within. We are not here to build relationships," he further revealed.
The filmmaker, who expressed his love and appreciation for his cast, stated that he believes they give it their all because over 90% of them have worked magic on screen.
