Dhanush and Aanand L Rai team up again for Tere Ishk Mein!

On June 21, 2013, Aanand L. Rai's film Raanjhanaa was released in theatres, marking the movie's ten-year anniversary. Dhanush and Sonam Kapoor played the key actors in the movie. After working together on this movie for the first time, Dhanush and Aanand L Rai went on to collaborate on the 2021 movie Atrangi Re, which also starred Sara Ali Khan and Akshay Kumar. Now that Raanjhanaa has been in theatres for ten years, Dhanush and Aanand L. Rao have revealed yet another project.
Aanand L Rai and Dhanush have reportedly reteamed on a feature film for the third time, and production is set to begin early in 2019. Now, on the occasion of Raanjhanaa's 10th anniversary, Aanand L Rai himself has made the statement. Dhanush plays the lead character in Aanand L Rai's film Tere Ishk Mein, and the director today revealed the title announcement video.
Aanand L Rai posted the title announcement video on his social media accounts, and wrote, “Kuch kahaniyan kisi purane dost jaisi mil jaati hain! Jo haath nahin milaati, seedhe aake gale lag jaati hain…10 saal pehle ek aisi hi kahani mili thi humein... Kundan ki kahani. Dost tha mera, par jee naa saka... uska mood nahi tha jeena ka! Ab 10 saal baad phir ek kissa aaya hai; Kundan aur ye ladka ek se hi hain, bus iska mood duniya phoonk dene ka hai! Sirf aapke liye…’Tere Ishk Mein’!
Furthermore, Aanand L Rai shares, "There couldn't be a more perfect day to unveil our next venture, 'Tere Ishk Mein,' with Dhanush. 'Raanjhanaa' holds a special place in my heart, and the love and adoration it continues to receive from fans worldwide is truly heartwarming."
