Animal's Triptii Dimri opens up about the controversies over film!
After opening in theaters on December 1, Animal has generated a lot of buzz among moviegoers. Although many praised the performances of each actor in the film, Triptii Dimri appears to have made her breakthrough in acting during this period of her career.

Notably, while many have applauded Animal's plot, some viewers have criticized the picture for being "misogynistic," sparking debates. Triptii Dimri recently discussed her thoughts on how people view the film Animal, saying that while it's okay for individuals to have different perspectives, people should avoid seeing it if it doesn't appeal to them.

Animal sparked a number of heated debates when it was released earlier this month. Some people called certain moments in the film "misogynistic," such as the one in which Ranbir Kapoor's character asks Dimri's character to lick his shoe. Recently, Dimri expressed her opinion on the matter, stating that people shouldn't see a movie if some parts of it don't suit them.

Addressing the controversies, Triptii revealed to a daily, “It depends on person to person. If you’re watching an action film, and the goons are beating up the hero, that doesn’t mean you go and beat up whoever you hate in life. Or, if someone is talking rudely to his wife or girlfriend, that doesn’t give you the license to go home and start talking the same way to your wife, or girlfriend, or whoever."

In addition, she mentioned that "it's a long discussion" regarding the differing opinions expressed in Animal and that some viewers are impacted by the material and have the right to express their opinions because it's their decision. Nonetheless, one ought to refrain from viewing something if they are unsuited for it. “If certain things don’t suit you, don’t watch them," she shared.
