Maharani is a well-known political drama television series that has been entertaining viewers since its first season began airing on a well-known over-the-top (OTT) platform in 2021. The creators of the popular show have finally begun production on the fourth season after three great seasons. The crew recently shared snippets from the "muhurat" shot to formally proclaim the same.

The new season of the political drama Maharani has begun, the show's creators announced on February 18, 2025. An image of the clapboard with the words "muhurat" written on it starts the post. According to the image, Puneet Prakash would be leading the show, which was conceived by Subhash Kapoor. The new season is produced by Dimple Kharbanda and Naren Kumar, with Anurag Solanki serving as the DOP.

The creators shared the announcement post and wrote, “Your love made this possible! After three incredible seasons, we’re back with Season 4. #MaharaniS4 shoot begins!”

The creative team is seen posing joyfully with the clapboard in the following photos. They are all seen to be deeply involved in producing the masterpiece that the public has been eagerly anticipating. The crew also released behind-the-scenes photos from the artists' look tests prior to the start of Maharani Season 4 a few months ago.

Actress Huma Qureshi is shown in the photo album posing naturally while wearing all-black clothing. The diligent group of editors and photographers came next, ensuring that everything appeared well on screen. The group confirmed sharing the pictures, “Gearing up for another season of power, politics, and drama. Look tests for #MaharaniS4 begins!”
