Aamir Khan opens up on believing in 'magic' over 'perfectionism'!
Aamir Khan, who debuted in 1988 with Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, has been a long-time contributor to Hindi cinema. In his three-decade career, Aamir has received praise for his work style and subject matter, which resonates well with the public. In Bollywood, his admirers dubbed him "Mr. Perfectionist". Aamir discussed why he believes in magic rather than "perfectionism" and how he finds God in detail.

Aamir Khan recently spoke on Rhea Chakraborty's podcast Chapter 2, in which the superstar addressed his working methodology and believe in attention to detail. Aamir stated that he likes to create magic on screen, and "perfectionism" does not interest him.
 
When asked about being labelled Mr. Perfectionist, Aamir revealed, "Ye perfectionist tag media ne mujhe diya hai. Kyunki unko lagta hai meri bahot time tak meri filmein achchi chal rahi thi. (The media has given me the tag of a perfectionist as a lot of my movies worked well for a long time). I am a believer in detail. I feel God lies in the detail."
 
Further describing his work, the 59-year-old superstar stated that when working on a project or anything else, it is easy to focus on the large picture and often overlook the small nuances. Aamir went on to say that, unlike others, he is interested in the finer aspects rather than "perfect" things.
 
The Laal Singh Chaddha actor continued that he has an interest in "magic" and dropped an inspirational line, "Jo cheezein magical hoti hain wo aksar perfect nahin hoti (Anything which is magical aren't likely to be perfect)."
 
Aamir has stated that he believes in magic rather than perfectionism, and that he will not give up until he gets that feeling.

Aamir Khan last appeared in Advait Chandan's film Laal Singh Chaddha in 2022. It also featured Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead role. Aamir is now preparing for the film Sitaare Zameen Par, directed by R.S. Prasanna. Darsheel Safary and Genelia D'Souza also play key roles in the future film.
