Triptii Dimri and Rajkummar Rao are now getting ready for the premiere of their next film Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video. Her stunning dance performance, Mere Mehboob, recently made headlines. However, some viewers took issue with a few of her moves. The actress has since responded to the same and stated that she is attempting to take on new challenges.
Triptii Dimri responded to criticism directed at her in the song Mere Mehboob during a media interaction. She stated, “As an actor, I'm trying to do different things.”
Triptii revealed that she didn't understand that an actress should be able to move, dance, and do other things in addition to acting until things started to get "real." She claimed that because she never imagined becoming an actress, she was unaware of this information before.
Triptii went on to remark that she needed to give everything a try. “I may not be good at... I mean one can’t be good at everything, but what's wrong in trying?” she revealed. Triptii said that because she had come this far, she had to give it her all.
Triptii Dimri went on to say that it was her first dance number and that while she was filming it, she wasn't prepared for the kind of reaction it got.
Triptii asserted, nonetheless, that everyone had experienced criticism. She thought that one should be able to "experiment" without fear of negative feedback. The Animal actress said that everyone should pursue their passions. Triptii came to a sage conclusion by stating, “If you start thinking about what people are going to say and how people are going to perceive this, then you won't be honest to what you are doing.”
The song "Mere Mehboob" from the Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video was composed by Sachin-Jigar and has vocals by Shilpa Rao and Sachet Tandon. Written by Priya Saraiya are the lyrics. Ganesh Acharya choreographed the dance track with Rajkummar Rao and Triptii Dimri.
