Annu Kapoor seeks police protection amid Hamare Baarah controversy!
After the teaser for Kamal Chandra's film Hamare Baarah which stars Annu Kapoor, Manoj Joshi, and Paritosh Tripathi was released, it sparked a lot of discussion. The film, which is set in Uttar Pradesh, explores the urgent issues of population growth and women's struggle. It has shocked many people and sparked a wave of social media conversations.

Despite the film's intention to raise awareness of a major societal issue, the team has received ominous threats. Annu Kapoor has now resorted to social media to ask for police protection following threats against her life.

After getting death threats, Annu Kapoor encouraged people to watch the movie on social media before making judgments. He told, “The film advocates women empowerment and talks about the rights of women. First, watch the film and then give your verdict. People have the freedom to speak their minds on social media but they should not abuse. Don’t abuse or give death threats. We will not be scared by these things.”

“We made an issue-based film solely to talk about women empowerment. It talks about the issue of growing population and our intention is not to hurt the sentiments of any caste or community,” the actor further revealed.

Birender Bhagat, Ravi S. Gupta, Sanjay Nagpal, Sheo Balak Singh, Triloki Nath Prasad, assistant producer, and director Kamal Chandra are the creators of Humare Baarah. The author of the plot is Rajan Agarwal. Hum Do Hamare Baarah was the original title; CBFC (Central Board of Film Certification) changed it later.

In important parts are Ashwini Kalsekar, Rahul Bagga, Manoj Joshi, Paritosh Tiwari, newcomer Aditi Bhatpahri, and others. June 7th is when Hamare Baarah is supposed to be released.
