The well-known actors-turned-producers Richa Chadha and Ali Fazal are getting ready to premiere Girls Will Be Girls at the prestigious Sundance Film Festival in 2024. The film, directed by Shuchi Talati, is set in a boarding school that is tucked away in a quaint northern Indian hill hamlet overlooking the Himalayas. The narrative centers on a sixteen-year-old girl's rebellious path, played by Preeti Panigrahi, and it delves into her mother's unfulfilled coming-of-age experience, expertly represented by the gifted Kani Kusruti. Important parts are also played by Jitin Gulati and Kesav Binoy Kiron in this gripping story.
