Ananya Panday calls herself 'people pleaser' just like father Chunky Panday!

After making her acting debut in Karan Johar's Student of the Year 2, actress Ananya Panday went on to star in more films. The actress is currently waiting for Kho Gaye Hum Kahan, her next project, to be released.
Renowned for her vivacious personality, Ananya has recently reminisced about her early work days and revealed that she used to look for approval. Panday noted that it was only this year that her perspective on things shifted, emphasizing how her priorities had now changed.
Ananya Panday made quite a few film appearances after her 2019 debut, including Gehraiyaan, Dream Girl 2, and numerous others. In a recent interview, the actress talked about a time in her career when she used to look to other people for approval.
She talked about how her father, Chunky Panday, whom she referred to as a "people pleaser," instilled this trait in her. Delving into the subject further, she shared, “I am exactly like him. When I started out, I was like, ‘Everyone has to love me’ and I couldn’t understand why everyone didn’t love me. It wasn’t coming from a space of thinking myself too be someone great but just that I am nice, I am a nice person, my friends and family like me, why doesn’t everyone?”
She continued by saying that just this year has she experienced a change in her ambitions and perspective on the world. She stated that she has changed her priorities and that she now desires personal growth and a sense of fulfillment at the end of the day.
Bollywood is surrounded by flashy, glamorous elements, but everything has a precondition, even the profession. Actors must expose their personal life to the public, which is where social media comes into play. Panday continued to express her opinion on the matter, stating that up until last year, she had been "stuck in this loop of updating people" and more forthcoming when disclosing details about her personal life on a public forum.
The Pati Patni Aur Woh actress continued, "This year, she noticed a significant change and started prioritizing things that are more important."
