Jennifer Lopez and Brett Goldstein come together for Office Romance!
Jennifer Lopez has booked another romantic comedy, this time starring alongside Brett Goldstein in the Netflix film Office Romance. According to various sources, Goldstein is co-writing the screenplay with fellow Ted Lasso alum Joe Kelly.
 
Lopez, 55, did not hesitate to express her joy about the production when she revealed her Office Romance role on Instagram. This marks her third collaboration with Netflix, following 2023's The Mother and 2024's Atlas. The last two films were also successful, with The Mother ranking among the top ten most-watched films of all time in Netflix's archives. Atlas, too, aspired to greater heights. It climbed to the top ten movies on Netflix in 93 countries.
 
Though nothing about the plot has been divulged, Office Romance appears to be a one-of-a-kind picture, with producers including Aaron Ryder and Andrew Swett from Ryder Picture Company, as well as JLo, Elaine Goldsmith-Thomas, and Benny Medina. According to a daily, Goldstein and Kelly from Ted Lasso also serve as producers.
 
After appearing in the sports drama Unstoppable at the Toronto International Film Festival, Lopez appears to be interested in expanding her artistic horizons. The movie is based on the true story of wrestler Anthony Robles, a one-legged guy who defies all obstacles to become a champion athlete. Lopez's acting career appears to be unstoppable, as People reports that she will also play the eponymous character in the upcoming film Kiss of the Spider-Woman.
