Arjun Kapoor Opens Up About His Darkest Phase!

As the evil Danger Lanka in Rohit Shetty's Singham Again, Arjun Kapoor made a huge comeback. Prior filming the cop drama starring Ajay Devgn, Kapoor went through a difficult time in his career that he recently acknowledged caused him to become "bitter" and necessitated therapy.
Arjun Kapoor commented about the difficult time in a media chap. When things don't go as planned, he acknowledged, "a lot of noise" appears and triggers one's "worst fears," making one question whether the audience is still present.
The actor from Singham Again revealed that his quest for self-awareness was too inward-looking. He claims that he believed he would be able to handle it in the same manner as always before. This time, though, things were different, and those around him saw that he had trouble getting out of bed at all. The actor sought therapy after realizing that his illness was preventing him from doing what he enjoyed most, which was watching movies.
“I stopped watching films, consuming cinema, stopped going to theaters. I stopped being able to embrace other people’s good work and started sensing a kind of bitterness growing within me. I realized I needed somebody to just listen to me," he disclosed.
The 39-year-old claimed that the solutions were immediately apparent to him when he let everything out. He understood what was going to be "theoretically" implemented in him after his therapist advised him to take responsibility for his comments. As a result, he stopped putting things off, made decisions, and got out of bed no matter how difficult it was.
Arjun further underlined that he had always been able to handle the difficulties; it had just been a case of exhaustion taking over. “Life has given me enough bad phases to know that this too shall pass. But you can only get on a rollercoaster so many times. No one likes to be on one constantly," he stated.
The actor from Ishaqzaade stated that dealing with failure might be "emotionally draining," but he was "tired" of it.
Arjun will next be seen with Diljit Dosanjh and Varun Dhawan in No Entry 2.
