Kiara Advani to Lead a New Franchise from Maddock Films! Wed January 08th, 2025

According to earlier reports, Dinesh Vijan and Kiara Advani had been talking about working together on a supernatural comedy. We also told you that the movie will be the first in a series of stand-alone fantasy comedy films. According to recent sources, the actress from War 2 is currently negotiating for Shakti Shalini.

According to media reports, Kiara Advani is probably associated with Maddock Films, which is run by Dinesh Vijan, for Shakti Shalini. A quote from a source was shared with the press, “The film demands a leading lady who can embody strength and vulnerability simultaneously, and Kiara ticks all the boxes. Talks are ongoing, but nothing is finalised yet.”

Should the rumors come to pass, Shakti Shalini might be the actress's debut project with the production company. Notably, Kiara was also seen attending meetings at Maddock's office a few times in 2024, which raised questions about their possible partnership.

Despite the production company's silence regarding the film's specifics, industry rumors are enough to drive fans into a frenzy. Only a few days ago, Maddock Films revealed their planned feature schedule for the following four years. Additionally, it was disclosed that Shakti Shalini is scheduled for publication on December 31, 2025, later this year.

In the meantime, we also told you that Kiara is eager to try out a new genre and that the movie will begin production by the middle of 2025 with a start-to-finish timeline. “It’s going to be Kiara Advani in and as, and the negotiations are in the advanced stages.
