Boman Irani opens up on working with SRK in Dunki! Thu December 21st, 2023

Shah Rukh Khan is an actor who has never passed up the chance to amuse audiences with shows they can't get enough of. King Khan has made every effort to establish himself as an actor, from the iconic cult film Om Shanti Om to his most recent venture Dunki, which was released in cinemas today.

Boman Irani, Shah Rukh Khan's co-actor, has spoken up about his experience working with the actor since Dunki was released today. He says that working with the actor creates a great sense of camaraderie and is always enjoyable. Furthermore, he likened the actor's enthusiasm on set to embarking on a quest.

Actor Boman Irani, who recently worked with Shah Rukh Khan in Dunki, talked about how working with Khan is entertaining because he adds so much passion to the set in an interview with Instant Bollywood. Referencing his previous remarks in which he predicted that Dunki would represent a "hat-trick" for Shah Rukh Khan, Irani went on to say that collaborating with him is less like working and more like embarking on a journey.

“I love him very much. Raju (Rajkumar Hirani) is one of my dearest friends in the industry, so this is a very dear film to me. Isme maine chota sa cameo bhi kiya hai. Lekin Shah Rukh ke saath kaam karne me itna maza aata hai itna maza aata hai ke pucho mat. Wo har ek shaks ko set pe jo hote hain unke saath itni energy ke saath aate hain, itni energy ke saath pesh aate hain, ki kaam karna unke saath aisa lagta hai ki hum trek pe hain aur kaam bhi itna kamal ka ho jaata hai,” he told.

(I have played a cameo role in the movie. But working with Shah Rukh is so much fun. He comes to the set with so much energy and behaves enthusiastically with everyone present around him. He makes everyone feel like we are on a trek, while at the same time, we give our best performances too.)

Dunki stars Vicky Kaushal and Taapsee Pannu in addition to Boman Irani and Shah Rukh Khan. Interestingly, the movie was also shown in the Gaiety theater at 5:55 a.m. When it comes to the story, Donkey Flight—a tactic used by illegal immigrants—has been at its core.
