The actor was pictured standing beside Sara Ali Khan, Manish Malhotra, and Rasha Thadani, Raveena Tandon's daughter. Many people were drawn to this photo because they were happy to see the former couple back together. Speaking to a media outlet about this, the actor stated, “Main itna vocal nahi hota hu in sab cheezon me.” (I refrain from getting vocal about all these things).
 
He went on to say that he makes an effort to avoid being around all the noise that happens outside of work. In addition, Kartik expressed his desire to avoid providing all of these things with "unnecessary attention" in any other manner.
