Thinking back on their relationship, Janhvi Kapoor previously revealed that her mother didn't trust her romantic judgment since she thought she fell in love too soon and would have rather picked a mate for her.

Janhvi Kapoor discussed her relationship with her mother in a 2019 interview with a tabloid. When questioned about their chats at the wedding, she disclosed, "She would say that she doesn’t trust my judgement in guys, that she will choose someone for me because I love very easily."

One of Bollywood's most renowned actresses, Sridevi left a lasting impression in many Indian languages with her memorable roles in Mr. India, Nagina, Sadma, Chaal Baaz, Chandni, and Khuda Gawah. Following her marriage to famed film producer Boney Kapoor in 1996, the actress has two daughters: Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor. Tragically, Sridevi's life was tragically cut short in 2018 as she was in Dubai for a family wedding. After more research, the cause of death was determined to be "accidental drowning," with water discovered in her lungs, while initially it was stated that she had experienced a cardiac arrest.
