The actress made the decision to give a new ability a try while she and her partner anxiously await the birth of their first child. She shared some glimpses of her learning to embroider a while back.
It's possible that Deepika Padukone is much like those thrilled mothers who are eager for their child to arrive. Thus, the actress has made the decision to pick up knitting and stitching as a new skill in order to keep herself sane and occupied till that day. The Pathaan actress posted a photo of the needlework that is currently being worked on to Instagram a short while ago. The picture displays the reference image of the green-leafed flower motif that she is attempting to replicate as she attempts to pick up the talent. Sharing the pic, she penned, “Hopefully il be able to share the completed version!”
Online users were amazed by the soon-to-be mother. Some said she's learning it for her unborn child, while others said they did the same thing when they were expecting. A user penned, “I think this is phulkari and it done when a mom is pregnant it will gifted to her baby,” while another penned, “She embroiders for her little one.” A third one wrote, “Mama padukone in her knitting era.” Some also wanted to actress to show her baby bump. “Hopefully you will share your baby bump too,” opined a user.”
