"My makeup guy was like, ‘I just finished your makeup! Can you just not?’," he recalled further re-enacting his emotional state and said in a weeping tone, “I can’t help it, I think I am destroying myself." He clarified, “I have been through those but not for work," he revealed.

"Sometimes, it can put a lot of pressure on you. Sometimes, you just want to relax and be like, ‘I don’t have to keep worrying about everything and everybody all the time and I can just maybe be vulnerable and let somebody else protect me," he further disclosed, additionally wondering why it isn't possible to switch positions occasionally.
Everyone is ultimately human and experiences a wide range of emotions, Shahid said. He brought up the fact that many guys struggle to show their vulnerability. He claims that because it's a requirement of his work to reach a sensitive and expressive state, he may display his vulnerable side.
The Kabir Singh actor shared his opinion by acknowledging that an actor knows vulnerability is very alluring, but violence is not as effective at drawing people in. He concluded by saying, "As a man, you should be okay with it because it's only human to be vulnerable."
