The power of Indian cinema is showcased to the globe during the 77th Cannes Film Festival. Filmmaker Payal Kapadia received the Grand Prix award for her film All We Imagine As Light at the highly regarded international event.

All We Imagine As Light's crew must still be rejoicing over their huge victory at the 77th Cannes Film Festival, which wrapped up on May 25. The Grand Prix prize, the festival's second-highest honor, was given to Payal Kapadia's film at the event.

A few hours ago, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh posted a joyful photo of Kani Kusruti, Divya Prabha, Chhaya Kadam, and Payal holding the festival trophy on his Instagram stories. He wrote, “Scripting history. A moment of immense pride.”

Key characters in the film are played by Kani Kusruti, Divya Prabha, Chhaya Kadam, and Hridhu Haroon. The film is directed and written by Payal and produced by Thomas Hakim, Julien Graff, and Ranabir Das.
