Aaliyah Kashyap opens up on getting hate for being engaged to Shane Gregoire!

When Aaliyah Kashyap, the daughter of Anurag Kashyap, revealed last month that she was engaged to Shane Gregoire, her fans were taken aback. Aaliyah's fans were able to see a brief clip of Shane's proposal in a video she released on her YouTube channel after he proposed to her while they were vacationing in Bali. She proudly displayed her enormous diamond ring while sharing the wonderful news on Instagram. Aaliyah's admirers were curious to learn more about the proposal and the couple's impending nuptials. Aaliyah recently uploaded a new video in which she responded to queries from her followers. She also talked openly about getting trolled for getting engaged at the age of 22.
Aaliyah said in a recent vlog on YouTube that she has received criticism for getting engaged, but that doesn't affect her. She claimed that this is her life and that she is prepared for it. “We’re both ready. We’ve been talking about this for a while. We’ve already been living together for like six months. We’ve been together for three years. It’s just a ‘when you know, you know’ situation. I know I’m super happy in this relationship, and he’s my soulmate,” revealed Aaliyah. Shane also added that he doesn’t see the issue, and that it’s really stupid that people are making it such a big thing.
Aaliyah continued by saying that she believes maturity is important when making a significant choice like getting married. They both feel prepared for the next stage, she added, adding that she herself never imagined getting married before turning 28. “I don't recommend every 20-year-old to go out and get married, that's now how it works. It's just a personal choice,” further told Aaliyah.
