Suhana Khan recalls her first day on the sets of The Archies!

The Archies, an adolescent musical comedy starring newcomers Suhana Khan, Khushi Kapoor, and Agastya Nanda, will debut on Netflix on December 7th of this year. Day 1 of the India Today Conclave Mumbai 2023 was attended by the cast, writer, and producer of Archies, Reema Kagti, as well as Netflix India's Vice-President of Content, Monika Shergill. They participated in a presentation titled "New Kids on the Block: Meet the Gen Z of Bollywood," also known as "The Archies Gang."
Suhana Khan will play the role of Veronica Lodge in the Netflix movie The Archies, which will be her acting debut. At India Today Mumbai Conclave 2023, she spoke about her first impressions and how her experience on the first day of filming stood out from the rest. She revealed, “I guess all of that is very different from being in a Netflix film and being on a real film set as a working actor, I think, from the number of people on set, from the number of lights on set and the hair and makeup and all the chaos. And in the middle of this, I felt extremely insignificant. And, I guess I kind of knew that everything that everyone was doing around me was felicitating the director’s vision, Zoya’s vision and I guess knowing that on my first day and realising that, I felt extremely nervous.”
Suhana responded that her parents, Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan, are her most important sources of instruction when asked about the person who criticizes her the most. She told, “I wouldn’t say my critic, but my biggest source of guidance is my parents. My entire family feels to chip in and help each other out.”
The Archies is a musical coming-of-age movie that Zoya Akhtar directed and is based on well-known comics. Dot will play Ethel Muggs in this Indian adaptation; Agastya Nanda will play the charming and talented Archie Andrews; Khushi Kapoor will play Betty Cooper; Mihir Ahuja will play the constantly hungry Jughead Jones; Suhana Khan will play Veronica Lodge; Vedang Raina will play the handsome Reggie Mantle; and Yuvraj Menda will play Dilton Doiley.
