Manoj Bajpayee is regarded as one of Hindi cinema's most versatile actors, having appeared in films such as Satya, Gangs of Wasseypur, Aligarh, Bhonsle, and many more. Bajpayee, who is from Bihar, has gone a long way after facing challenges in his profession. According to the latest reports, the actor recently sold his Mumbai residence for a stunning Rs. 9 crores.
 
According to media reports, Manoj Bajpayee sold his magnificent apartment in an exclusive Mahalaxmi neighbourhood for Rs 9 crore after a decade of ownership. The report indicates that it was purchased with a stamp duty payment of Rs 54 lakh. The sale was formalized in an Agreement to Sell, which was registered in August of this year.
 
According to media sources, Manoj Bajpayee sold his spectacular condo in an exclusive Mahalaxmi suburb for Rs 9 crore after ten years of ownership. The report states that it was purchased with a stamp duty payment of Rs 54 lakh. The sale was formalized by an Agreement to Sell, which was registered in August of this year.
 
The apartment is spread across two levels and contains 362 flats. The apartment has a carpet area of 1,247 square feet (116 square meters) and is equipped with modern conveniences. It also has two parking places for cars, which span an additional 240 square feet.
 
According to the report, in 2023, Bajpayee spent Rs. 32 crore for four office premises in Oshiwara, Mumbai.

During a media interview, Manoj Bajpayee discussed his struggles prior to entering the entertainment industry. He went through a long time of struggle, anxiety, disappointment, and disillusionment back then. Bajpayee said that assistant directors would dump his images into the rubbish in front of him. The Gangs of Wasseypur star revealed that it was common for him to see his photos thrown away in front of him.
 
Bajpayee will now appear in The Family Man Season 3, reprising his role as Srikant Tiwari.
