Shah Rukh Khan's Mumbai Abode: Redevelopment Rumors Spark Interest!

Redevelopment is apparently planned for Amrit, Shah Rukh Khan's famous home on Carter Road, according to industry insiders. A notable landmark associated with the actor and his family, the property is located in one of Mumbai's most affluent neighborhoods. Developers are reportedly considering the building for a possible project. Additionally, SRK used a terrace apartment on the property as an office.
The committee is anticipated to select two developers and determine which is most appropriate for the reconstruction project in the near future, according to a media source.
Seven of the ten builders who had indicated interest in redeveloping the property presented their ideas to the society, according to Bandra brokers. The committee may choose two developers and assess their fitness for the project in the upcoming week, he continued.
In a previous interview, actor-producer Viveck Vaswani revealed that Shah Rukh Khan had resided in Vaswani's home before to his marriage. Following his marriage to Gauri Khan, they relocated to Devdutt, next to The Taj Lands End, to an unoccupied apartment owned by Aziz Mirza.
