Rajkummar Rao's Shocking Stree 3 Update!
After its August 15, 2024, release, the horror-comedy Stree 2, which starred Shraddha Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao and was directed by Amar Kaushik, caused a stir in foreign markets. Rajkummar Rao has finally given fans a significant update on Stree 3, and it's not what they were expecting. Fans have been anxiously awaiting word of a sequel. It won't be occurring "anytime soon," he affirmed.

Rajkummar Rao provided an update on Stree 3 in a recent media chat, implying that while it is being developed, it won't be released anytime soon. “Stree 3 will certainly happen, but not anytime soon,” he revealed.
 
He went on to say that the team is dedicated to making it right rather than jumping directly into a sequel in an attempt to cash in on the movie's popularity. He underlined the significance of spending the time required to create a high-quality project, citing the six-year difference between Stree and Stree 2.

Although Stree 3 would take some time, the Vicky Vidya Ka Woh Wala Video actor assured that it won't take six years like its predecessor. He emphasized that the team's goal is to create a fantastic story, which includes the writers, producer Dinesh Vijan, and director Amar Kaushik.
 
Avoiding rushing into the project and making sure the franchise retains its quality and standard are the objectives. He underlined that the group wants to push limits and make the third installment even better.

Rajkummar says he has a special place in his heart for his favorite character, Vicky. As he observes that, like his character, he has a pure heart and loves having fun with friends, he finds great resonance in Vicky's silly, straightforward demeanor. Though he shares Vicky's spirit, he quips amusingly that he doesn't see himself falling in love with a ghost anytime soon.
