Mom Bhavana Panday admits feeling bad, hurt about daughter Ananya Panday being judged! Tue June 25th, 2024

Alongside Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria, Ananya Panday made her major Bollywood debut in Karan Johar's Student of the Year 2. It's safe to say that the actress hasn't looked back since, only continuing to develop and shine in the roles and films she has chosen. Bhavana Panday, Ananya's mother, recently discussed how she feels about seeing her daughter receive criticism.

Bhavana Panday was asked how hard it is for her as a mother to watch her child being examined for everything, from movies to clothes, in an interview with a daily. In response, she said that it is rather challenging and that it makes her feel "bad and hurt."

She did concede, though, that her child had decided to open themselves up to criticism, and that criticism is OK. While "unnecessary criticism is not okay," Bhavana stressed that helpful criticism is always preferable because it aids in everyone's improvement.

Ananya Panday said in a previous chat that she probably wouldn't be able to act in a particular style if she hadn't been exposed to particular emotions. She expressed her gratitude for all that has transpired because it has given her the opportunity to express herself creatively.

Ananya also discussed how some criticism can be constructive and valuable input, but she underlined the need to filter out trolling that is pointless.
