Shakti Kapoor to play a yester-year gangster in Animal!

Ranbir Kapoor is preparing for his third film, Animal, which is being directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, following Brahmastra and Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. The team will return in a few days for a 12-day final schedule in Mumbai after wrapping up the film's main shot. Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Bobby Deol, and Anil Kapoor make up Animal's formidable cast. Pinkvilla has learned exclusively that there are many additional well-known actors in the movie Animal in addition to the actors named above.
Shakti Kapoor has reportedly been filming for a significant role in this Sandeep Reddy Vanga directed gangster movie. “Shakti Kapoor plays the role of a yester-year gangster in Animal and has already shot for his portions in the earlier schedules. He has an interesting character in the film and the team was very excited to have him on board. In-fact, it was an obvious casting when Sandeep Reddy Vanga came up with a character of a gangster who is past his peak,” according to a source familiar with the development.
Ranbir Kapoor's character in the gangster saga Animal is said to exhibit psychopath tendencies. The movie's narrative revolves around a criminal family, with Anil Kapoor serving as the godfather and Ranbir Kapoor serving as his son. For the time being, Bobby Deol's personality is unknown, but in the tale, he is said to be Ranbir's adversary. Rashmika Mandanna and Tripti Dimri also play significant parts in the movie.
